Valpolicella hills have always been marked
by the presence of olive tree, which gives life to a landscape to be preserved.
The features that distinguish Valpolicella oil is the clorophyll, which gives  the intense gold green color, the delicate scent and the musky aftertaste of lemon leaf flavor.

The historically most present species are represented by the “Grignano”, the “Favarol” and the “Trepp”.
