Classic Valpolicella.

Valpolicella is a land steeped in history, humanity, work and love for its products. It is famous for the production of Valpolicella wine and has always been considered fertile due to its numerous waterways, which have made agriculture favourable to its settlements. Its valleys are rich in history from the Palaeolithic age: caves, caverns and paths are all to be discovered and narrate the uniqueness of an unforgettable place.

The valley with many cellars is called Valpolicella and everyone knows it.

Organic.

The micro-climate, the mild winds and the barrier of the surrounding mountains promote the maturation of the drying grapes. Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella are the types of grapes at the base of the renowned Amarone wine. The soil has characteristics that vary from the plain to the hills. Downstream the land is silty, influenced by the nearby Lake Garda while higher up it is clayey, more suitable for the roots of the older vines.

Since 2016 we have adopted the method of sowing manure to increase soil fertility. Other plant essences allow us to recreate a carpet of micro-flora and fauna around the vine, so as to protect it and improve its quality starting from its roots.

Once organic certification has been achieved, the wines have also reached a high quality standard, earning high scores from the leading international award boards.

Being certified organic means respecting the territory, nature and the man who returns to live seasonal cycles in perfect harmony and finesse. A recognition that is appreciated all over the world and that crowns my desire to maintain the highest quality by the glass.
