Region: Veneto.

Grapes: 100% Corvina BIO.

Vinification: first soft pressing, vinification in pink and than natural fermentation “Charmat method”.

Taste notes: light pink color.

Analysis: alcohol 12,5% Vol; total acidity 6,6 g/l; sugar residue 8,5 g/l; pressure 5 atm bar.

Perfume: fresh, delicate. Dry and harmonious flavour. Excellent rosè wine, natural sparkling with low alcohol content.

Gastronomy: perfect as aperitif, with appetizers, light first courses, and fish courses. To drink young. It is reccomended to drink well fresh.
